Beving initiative is always good.
Bosses always like people who are initiative.
Group leaders always like group mates who are initiative.
But when it comes to some things.
An OVER initiative person is really irritating.
They initiate a lot of things even when things are none of their businesses.
Making lots of mess and confusions.
